The Belgian producer delivers another club track ahead of the release of his debut EP
August 28, 2026 - Pegassi makes it clear that summer isn’t over yet with “Forest Walk”, a single that captures the unmistakable energy of a summer spent in the sun and arrives a week ahead of his long-awaited debut EP “Ascension”, out September 4th via his own imprint, Sweet Nothing.
“Forest Walk” signifies an incredible year Pegassi has had, both in the studio and on festival stages across the world. The track itself runs at 148 BPM on a slightly distorted kick and driving hi-hats, with a high arpeggio and an upbeat bass shot carrying the melody and a male vocal saying “huh” cutting through every so often. The high-energy single has an electrifying aura to its rhythm that demands attention from the first note and shows exactly the direction Pegassi is building its name towards.
Pegassi has established himself as one of the leading names in the new wave of European rave music. On September 5th, he will bring his sound to New York City for a special show at The Edge, marking another milestone in his international career and celebrating the launch of his first ever EP. With the release of his lead single “Ascension” fresh on the mind of his listeners, “Forest Walk” is a prelude for what Pegassi is dropping next and leaves you wanting more.
